PRESS RELEASE

Albert Vastgoed is living proof that the real estate sector is booming in times of corona. The real estate office - named after Albert Van Achter, the grandfather of founder Peter-Jan Matthijs - greatly expanded its network of offices throughout Flanders last year. Now the real estate group is launching Acasa Collection, the luxury segment within the group of Albert Vastgoed.

Acasa Collection has its origins in the house Acasa, the real estate office located in the city center of Bruges. "With Acasa Collection, we have been active in the luxury real estate sector for some time," Peter-Jan explains, "but whereas this was now only done from our premises in Bruges, the time is ripe to roll out our concept in all our offices." Thus, all +10 Albert Vastgoed offices now also offer this unique real estate segment. Our current Bruges clients can of course visit our offices in Bruges and Loppem for Acasa Collection.

Acasa Collection focuses on exclusive properties where architecture, historical value, design and art play the most important role. Uniqueness, discretion and exclusivity are values that are highly valued at Acasa Collection. We make every client feel unique through our personal approach, excellent knowledge and result-oriented efforts of all brokers within the Albert Real Estate group. With our in-house marketing experts, we determine a customized plan appropriate for each luxury property, given the uniqueness of luxury real estate.

Jan Vlieghe, co-founder Albert Vastgoed: "We propose exclusive properties with strong, often invaluable historical or architectural added value. Defining exclusive property is not about the sum of the elements, but above all about the exclusive feeling on site, the potential. We are very proud with this new value within the Albert Realty group. Under our motto 'good at what we love to do,' Albert Vastgoed is proving its solid value within the top real estate sector!"
