Albert Immo is built on strong foundations. The name refers to Albert Van Achter, grandfather of founder and CEO Peter-Jan Matthijs. As a farmer and politician, Albert Van Achter dedicated himself in the 1950s to a well-considered balance between urbanization and nature conservation in the Ghent region. His vision and values—forward thinking, taking responsibility, and respect for the environment—still form the basis of the company today. Ten years later, Albert has grown into a modern real estate organization with over 10 offices spread across Flanders. With a personal approach, strong local roots, and broad expertise, we guide our clients in a transparent, smooth, and professional manner with all their real estate questions.

Ten years of searching for the right path; sometimes the road was bumpy, but always with one certainty: whatever came our way, we always moved forward.
